Lifetime Quality Guarantee

AimFront will guarantee its products against defects in material or workmanship. AimFront will repair, replace or substitute part(s) (AimFront’s discretion) at no charge to the customer if a defect of material or workmanship is found.  All service work must be carried out by AimFront. Please provide a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase when submitting service work.

Notice: AimFront sells Knife components. If you have received a AimFront Knife component and are not satisfied, please contact AimFront within 20 Days. Returned products that are found without a defect are subject to a restocking fee.  We must receive your return within 30 days from when we send the Return Authorization number. After 30 days, the Return Authorization number will be void, we will remove exchanges on hold, and we will reject the return and send it back to you.

 

Our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that happens on a knife. Damage caused by abuse, neglect, failure to perform maintenance or prying is not covered.

Shipping

We work hard every day to bring you the lowest possible shipping cost. WE DO NOT CHARGE A HANDLING OR PER ORDER FEE. We encourage you to check ups.com and USPS.com published shipping rates and verify that our shipping is actually what the carrier charges and often less then their published rates based on our discounts that we pass on to you. If you have alternate shipping arrangements with UPS or USPS, please contact us and we will be glad to ship based on your instructions.

The shipping cost for most orders is based on the combined size, weight, shipping method, delivery address / shipment distance. Our shopping cart automatically calculates the weight of your order and distance based on your zip code and each time checks with UPS or USPS websites for current accurate shipping costs. Occasionally you may encounter an unrealistic shipping cost due to an incorrect product weight or similar entry error. Please contact our Customer Service staff and they will manually calculate the least expensive shipping method for you.

PROCESSING TIME for an item is the time from when you submit your order to when the item leaves our facility. We pride ourselves on fast shipping. Most in stock orders are shipped the same day (until the carrier makes their final daily pick up) in which case your order will ship the following business day. You will receive an email when your order is released for shipping. Orders that are received after Friday @ 5:00 PM MST or on Saturday/Sunday will be shipped the next business day (Usually Monday, excluding holidays).

SHIPPING TIME is from when the item leaves our facility to when it arrives at your door. Shipping time will be determined based on the shipping method you select when you “checkout” using our on line secure shopping cart. On average, UPS ground to the east coast takes 6 BUSINESS Days. Priority mail to the east coast takes 2 to 3 days. Closer destinations take less time.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges work a little differently at Aimfront as we don’t use in-store credit. Typically, we ask that you return the product you have, and we’ll refund the original payment method on that order. You can make the new purchase at your convenience. We accept returns completed within 30 days. Please initiate a return form by contacting us.

Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to be processed through your financial institution but may take more time depending on when your billing period ends
